1. Introduction to the Terms of Service
When purchasing any of our
services you are accepting the LP-Hosting TOS (Terms of Service) and the
LP-Hosting Privacy Policy.
LP-Hosting reserves the right to modify the TOS (Terms of Service) and Privacy
Policy at any time without any notification. It is the clients responsibility to be sure to
read the TOS (Terms of Service) and Privacy Policy for any modifications.
If you have any comments or questions regarding our Terms of Service or our
Privacy Policy please do not hesitate to contact us.
2. Backups & Site Data
We strongly advise all clients to backup their site at least once a week as they are responsible for any information that they host on our servers. All clients are responsible for all files and any important data, scripts and any other related coding stored on their account. LP-Hosting is not responsible for any data loss or damage done to the clients files in a server issue. If a client wishes to have this backup restored onto their account there will be a small fee which must be paid before the backup restore takes place. All rights reserved.
3. Payment, Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Once the payment for the service purchased by you ('The Client'), and the payment has been verified by LP-Hosting the service purchased will then take place. This includes shared hosting, reseller hosting and domain registrations. Payments can only currently be sent via PayPal directly to our customer service account.
3.2. LP-Hosting cannot refund services such as domain purchases and other services after the time limit given to claim a refund. We do allow up to 48 hours for shared hosting clients and reseller hosting clients to claim a refund if they are not satisfied with the service(s) purchased. If a client asks for a refund after the 48 hours of purchase, then we reserve the right to refuse to give a refund. We will also refuse to give a refund if a client breaks the TOS (terms of service). We reserve the right to refuse to give a refund.
3.3. You can cancel your account at any time via your clients area. Cancellation requests must be verified by a member of the administration team. Once you have requested a cancellation your account will be terminated when your next payment is due. In this case we do not give any refunds. LP-Hosting reserves the right to cancel the account at any time with or without notification to the account holder.
3.4. Invoices are automatically created two weeks before the payment is due. If the payment is late we will send out one overdue invoice email for everyday the payment is late. After four days, if the invoice payment for the service purchased has not been paid, then your account will automatically suspend until the payment has been paid. If you still fail to pay the payment required, we reserve the right to terminate your account and remove your files from our server at any time after your service being suspended.
4. Support
Support is available to anyone who requires support for the services we provide here at LP-Hosting. LP-Hosting does not provide 3rd party support this includes support for any scripts, images/graphics, audio, videos, source data, database scripts, text, installations, upgrades and other resources which maybe used. We also do not provide support for any other web hosting company. You are solely responsible for maintaining your website. If there is a technical issue caused by our server then you are required to contact our technical support department to get help resolving the issue. We aim to resolve all support issues within 24 hours. We are not responsible for any support issues which are not resolved with 24 hours. LP-Hosting does provide technical support which can be used by raising a support ticket via the ticket support system in your clients area. Our technical support is limited to what the problem is. If there is a technical problem with a 3rd party script we will forbid to give any support. Support is available everyday however, we are not held responsible if your issue is not resolved within 24 hours. All rights reserved.
5. Content & Web Scripts
LP-Hosting prohibits any of our clients to use scripts, programs or content of any sort which are against the law and against our TOS (terms of service). This also includes any material which is copyrighted. LP-Hosting clients agree that any of the following content seen on their site can lead to suspension of their account or even termination:
6. Emailing & Spamming Policy
LP-Hosting takes no tolerance against sending unsolicited emails, bulk emails, Junk Email or UCE which is also know as spam. This includes sending spam emails via emailing web scripts, forum scripts, or any other emailing script. UCE also includes sending emails with fake headers and false email address or even using other companies email addresses. LP-Hosting reserves the right to charge the client for any damage made to the servers or any effect taken to LP-Hosting's IP addresses. This fee would vary depending on the amount of damage caused. Please inform support before sending bulk emails so we can confirm the email being sent. All Rights Reserved.
7. Personal Information
Any personal information required by LP-Hosting is for administration use only. This information is kept confidential at all times and we will refuse to give it out to 3rd party's. Client information is only viewable in the clients area which only you (the client) and the LP-Hosting administration team have access to. Once your personal information has been submitted it is kept strictly confidential. If you feel your information is unsafe with us, you should talk to a member of the LP-Hosting team. We refuse to give out any personal details of any sort to 3rd party's. If details on the clients profile are incorrect we will suspended the clients service purchased until it has been correct by the client. Please

8. Account Activation
Once your account has been activated you have therefore agreed to the TOS (terms of service) and your account details will be emailed to the email provided on your account profile. You are required to read the LP-Hosting TOS (terms of service) before you place an order with us. LP-Hosting try to activate all accounts after the payment has been received and verified. However, if we fail to do so you agree that LP-Hosting cannot be flamed for the issue caused.
Account Activations can take up to 24 hours.
9. Stealing/Copying
Direct copying from other sites is strictly against the TOS (terms of service). If you are caught stealing from a site which you do not have permission from your account will be suspended until the content has successfully been removed. If you refuse to remove the content, your account will remain suspended until it has been removed. In this case we offer no refunds.

10. Server Downtime, Maintenance & Server Damage
10.1. If our server plans a downtime we will inform our clients via email 48 hours before the downtime happens.
10.2. If our server unexpectedly goes down then we hold no responsibility for the downtime caused. If the server goes down unexpectedly our server techniques are alerted immediately. We try our best to keep downtime to an absolute minimum.
10.3. We hold no responsibility for data loss or damage caused to the client or the clients business in a downtime situation. It is the clients responsibility to backup their data. All Rights Reserved.
11. Pricing, Fees & Offers
11.1. LP-Hosting reserves the right to edit the prices of services at any time. The clients payments will stay the same and will never decrease or increase.
11.2. If a client wishes to have a web script installed for them by LP-Hosting there will be a one time additional fee per installation.
11.3. If LP-Hosting promotes an offer then we reserve the right to terminate this offer at any time without any notification.
12. SHOUTcast Servers
LP-Hosting is not responsible for the audio played to our clients listeners via our servers. However, we reserve the right to suspend your account if we feel that you are using illegal audio or any illegal audio material. There will be a £5 one time fee if this happens. We do not provide any SHOUTcast license(s) and we will refuse to be held responsible for holding any SHOUTcasts license(s).
13. Suspension & Termination
LP-Hosting reserve the right to suspend or terminate any accounts which violate the LP-Hosting TOS (terms of service). In this case we will carry out a full investigation and the account will remain suspended until this has been complete. Unpaid invoices can also lead to account suspension. Accounts are terminated if the client requests a cancellation which will take place at the end of the billing period. Account termination may also take place if an unpaid invoice has been over due for 15 days.
14. Reseller Accounts
All resellers are expected to make sure that their clients follow the LP-Hosting TOS (terms of service) at all times. Our TOS (terms of service) apply to all reseller accounts and all their clients. If our TOS (terms of service) are violated by a reseller's client we will hold the reseller responsible for violating the TOS (terms of service) including for any damage made to the server. We reserve the right to suspend any resellers client account which violate our terms of service. All rights reserved.
15. Usage of Bandwidth
You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. If your account pass the allocated limit then you are asked to contact support and arrange for this to be increased. This is subject to additional charge which will be at the sole description of LP-Hosting.
16. Clients Responsibility
All clients are solely responsible for maintaining any sites which they host with LP-Hosting. This includes reseller sites. Misuse by the client may result in actions on the clients account, including removal from LP-Hosting without a refund.

Information regarding client information and client security can be found in our Privacy Policy which is viewable by clicking here. You must understand the Privacy Policy and you agree to the Privacy Policy along with our Terms of Service when purchasing our products and services. 18. Changes to the Terms of Service
LP-Hosting reserves the right to change the TOS (terms of service) at any time without any notification to whom it may concern.
