Our server is located in the BlueSquare Datacentre in Maidenhead, on the outskirts of Greater London.
Our onsite engineers are trained in our dedicated training facility, ensuring a high level of specialist technical knowledge. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, so you are able to access the data centre and our data centers in-house engineers at any time.
Our advanced data centres combine resilient infrastructure, including N+1 air conditioning and N+1 high power UPS systems, with generator backup and advanced fire detection systems, all linked into our own on-site Network Operations Centre (NOC), ensuring constant 24x7 monitoring and control.
We provide support to all clients and members of the public that are interested in our services. Support in available 24 hours a day, everyday.

We like to keep everyone updated with all the latest news. To do this we provide different ways of finding out the latest news and information. Important announcements and information regarding customer safety, server change or immediate issues, are emailed directly to all our clients informing them what has happened or will be happening. For our clients comfort and ease, we use WHMCompleteSolution as our billing and client management system. This way, all of our clients can manage their hosting packages, domains and other services we provide. Our client management system also allows clients to access the ticket support system were they are able to submit tickets, review tickets and manage their tickets. Our billing system will also process orders, manage your accounts and generate your invoices for you. This way we can easily setup our clients accounts after we have verified the payment for the purchase made.
We also invested into a Help Desk Software called Kayako LiveResponce. This software allows you to chat with an online operator to get instant help so that your questions are answered straight away! Our online operators are limited to what they are allowed to help you with due to client confidentiality however, we will try our best to help you with all your problems.
